If this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, Davar Partners International will repair, replace or supply any defective part at their option. The purchaser must contact Davar Partners International and provide a description of the defective part utilizing the Fault Report Form (see back) along with the original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage date.
One (1) Year Warranty
Davar Partners International warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If within one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
The defective product must be returned to Service Centre (USA or RSA), freight prepaid, as requested under the terms of this warranty. The cost for freight of all warranted parts from Davar Partners International shall be the responsibility of the purchaser
This warranty does not cover or apply to:
- damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or abuse
- damage that occurs during shipping
- products not used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
- unauthorized modification of the product
- cases where the “Warranty – do not remove” tamper label is broken
- repairs made by unauthorized service technician
In the unlikely case that your product malfunctions please download a Fault Report Form from the Davar web site. All returns must be accompanied by a Fault Report Form.
